Smart ceramic anti-corrosion pressure transmitter is a kind of high-performance pressure transmitter using ceramic pressure sensor as sensitive element. The ceramic pressure sensor has no oil filled and the pressure directly acts on the front of the ceramic diaphragm, which makes the diaphragm produce slight deformation. The thick-film circuit is printed on the backside of the ceramic diaphragm to form a Wheatstone bridge. Due to the piezoresistive effect of the piezoresistor, the pressure is converted into a voltage signal. The pressure of medium measured is converted to standard industrial signal output that through highly reliable amplification circuit and precise temperature compensation.
